  I have to say this is the worst delivery service I have ever encounted, it all started with DPD from Germany, there delivery was OK until it got to Spain then taken over by SEUR, what more can I say but RUBBISH service, from Tuesday Wednesday Thursday 22 phone calls to SEUR and each time given a different excuse, lost count of how many times checked the delivery site and each time it said could not deliver to the address because it was wrong, (WRONG) the address was correct, but the delivery driver had no idea where our street was, so that gave him the excuse that the address was wrong. Needless to say after loosing alot of hair and many a cursing they gave my package to a driver who new the area. The first driver who is local did not know his way out of town, so any package that was out of town he could not deliver. (THE ONLY THING TO DO IN THIS INSTANT IS SACK THE DRIVER) and employ the young man who delivered it FINALLY. The only thing to say is never use SEUR IN SPAIN if you can avoid it. HAPPY SHOPPING !!!!

  Never deliver on time. We get emails saying they will deliver between 1-2pm but sometimes arrive at 5pm. The last parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday. It never arrived. I called and was told it would be delivered today. It is now 5:30 pm and it still has not arrived. I have now waited in for 2 days and I am not happy.

  Basically on every metric of what a dilvery company should be measure they fail on all accept I do eventually get my package... but what a hassle every single time!!! --I this day and age they are really setting there standards beyond low and god knows why vendors insist on using them
